Perhaps the largest number of inquiries from members concerns the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). As you know, we have raised the FLSA for the Union in the context of all prior litigation since 1991. The decision last year from Judge Leavett finding that FLSA does not afford protection and that the state does not have to abide by that federal law during the period when there is no budget is a decision with which we disagree.
