12:42 p.m. update: The alleged robber has been identified as Reneau Jean Jacques, 17, of 77 Symphony Circle, East Stroudsburg. He is being charged as an adult, according to Stroud Area Regional Police.

State troopers say Joseph Geiger punched David W. Reed, who fell, hit his head and died, because the boy stole his pot plants. The case was reopened in 2005.
