Watch the story A Pennsylvania State Trooper’s dash cam captures the terrifying moment. Trooper Andrew Falcon, a Buffalo native, was writing a ticket near Philadelphia. Another vehicle passes and it’s side mirror knocks Falcon right into the car.. “As you can tell I was momentarily stunned. But ultimately I reverted back to my training.
