Pennsylvania State Police have accused a Biglerville man of making false reports after he accused a trooper of using unlawful force.
Larry Reese, of 53 Fifth Ave., has been charged with making false reports to law enforcement authorities stemming from a Dec. 16 incident.
Police said Reese accused state police Trooper Neal Navitsky of using unlawful force against him, but police said an investigation into the allegation determined such force did not happen. A corporal from another state police barracks investigated the accusations, said Cpl. Kip Garman of the Gettysburg barracks.
